Policies

By submitting a deposit, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the policies listed below:

CANCELLATION | RESCHEDULE :

Client understands that by entering into this agreement, Freckled Photography is passing other session opportunities. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the portrait session/agreement by Client, the retainers paid are non-refundable. Retainers are transferable once, if a date change is necessary.  48 hour notice of cancellation is required, unless due to illness.

WEATHER:

If it is not possible for a session to take place on a scheduled day due to weather, Freckled Photography and Client will reschedule on an agreed date at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

MISC.

There is no promise that any photo may be recreated. Child temperament and behavior during the session is not within Freckled Photography's control, therefore Freckled Photography may not be held responsible for galleries that do not meet the session description's minimum image count. Freckled Photography may not be held responsible for any injury that may occur during the session for any reason. Pricing is subject to change at any time with or without notice.
